T-Square Design Associates

大阪府内の高級住宅地での計画である。道路を挟んだ敷地北側には一面公園が広がり、豊かな緑が全面的に望める敷地である。そこで、計画建物と公園との関係性について注目し、室内のどこに居ても外の緑を意識する状況となるように、南北方向のスキップフロアプランとしている。これにより、各階にズレが生じ、そこから生まれる隙間を利用することで、室内と公園の一体化を図っている。更に、公園の緑という自然と道路を挟んだ住宅が対比する関係になり得ないかということについても検討し、自然＝安心感に対して緊張感を建物で表現出来ないかと試みている。その結果、木造という枠組みの中で、建物を可能な限り浮かせて表現することで、建物に緊張感を与えている。こうして、室内は外との一体化、外部は公園との対比という相反する関係性を一つの建物で表現している。

This is a plan for a high-end residential area in Osaka Prefecture. On the north side of the site across the road, a park spreads out, and the site has a full view of lush greenery. Therefore, we focused on the relationship between the planned building and the park, and designed a north-south split floor plan so that the greenery outside can be felt no matter where you are inside the building. This creates a gap between each floor, and by utilizing the gaps that arise from this, we aim to integrate the interior with the park. Furthermore, we considered whether the nature of the park's greenery could be contrasted with the house across the road, and tried to express a sense of tension in the building against nature = a sense of security. As a result, we gave the building a sense of tension by making the building as floating as possible within the framework of a wooden structure. In this way, the contradictory relationship of the interior being integrated with the outside and the exterior being contrasted with the park is expressed in one building.
